Use with below-average ability Key Stage 4 students preparing for the Design and Technology Food GCSE, or special groups following short courses or the Certificate of Achievement in the Food areas. The sheets can also be used to enhance skills in other areas of technology and may be valuable building blocks for more able students.

There are two worksheets on each topic. The first page should be used with teacher supervision and the second page can be used as homework, or as a follow-up practice for another lesson. The sheets become more demanding towards the end of the pack.

I like the layout of the lessons and the content, but more recently I have felt the cartoon characters (drawings) are becoming more unrealistic and the pictures too crowded. I have kept the Cd and will utilise wherever possible and give students comments here in the furure.
