I teach all lower ability sets and have found this to be a very useful tool to use with my students. They enjoy the layout of the worksheets and can access the language fairly easily. The useful thing for me is that I can group the sheets according to the needs of my children. It's so much better than using a text book. I like any resources which enable my students to think for themselves; these sheets certainly fit the bill! I have also shared them with colleagues who have the higher ability sets; they have used the sheets as homework material and have given me positive feedback about them. I would definitely recommend this resource unreservedly!

Name and school withheld.

I'm very happy with the produce. However, when I had a problem with downloading the pages and rang the contact phone number, the lady I spoke to was obviously out of her depth, rude and treated me as if I was a complete idiot - not a happy experience. ** [Response from Chalkface: I am really sorry you had a bad experience, and I take personal responsibility for not having ensured our telephone staff had adequate training. It is too late to fix your bad experience, but I will talk directly to the staff involved and ensure they get what they need to give future callers with this problem a better response than you got. The cartoons give added interest without distracting the pupils from the work to be done.
