Cover Lessons in ICT

Price: £25.00
Age Range: KS3

You know the scenario: the ICT teacher is absent and nobody is sure how to cover ICT. These resources will save teachers hours of trying to devise meaningful Key Stage 3 ICT cover lessons. Organising worthwhile ICT cover work is easy because these lesson plans and worksheets are written with the non-specialist in mind. KS3 students do not require a computer to complete over half of these lessons.

Topics include: Visiting and evaluating websites; Data Protection Act; Bar codes; Design a CD cover; Design a database for a sports club.

I bought this book in a previous school and I am now considering buying it in my new school. It is extremely handy especailly when key members of staff are off on the round of meetings and with the new KS3 starting in Sept. I think it is a book I can not be without.
